Located just steps from the Empire State Building in New York, NY (10018), we are pleased to offer no travel fees for events within a 90-minute drive from our office.
For events beyond this radius, travel fees apply and are calculated per person for ground transportation.
For events within the Continental U.S., air travel fees and extended time away are included in the pricing.
For international events, please reach out for a custom quote.

Sound Equipment Sourcing Fee (if you would like us to handle all logistics, option to source it yourselves):
- $3,500 for groups of 6 or fewer (partnering with a local company, we handle all logistics)
- $5,000 for groups of 7 or more (partnering with a local company, we handle all logistics)
